  Broke down near this workshop, late on a Friday evening on my way to the Islands (belt broken). Having been able to continue our journey with my mother-in-law's car, we were wondering how we were going to be able to manage from a distance. As soon as we called from the Islands, Jean-François was very helpful and made it easy, even if we were far away. He found the problem (water pump), informed us promptly and the repair was done at a very fair and reasonable price. Allowed us to take our car back only on our return. He is very grateful for making sure we have peace of mind during our vacation. Special mention to the Cap-Martin hostel which allowed us to leave our car in their parking lot for the fds the night of the breakdown.

  This place is by far the best customer service I've have ever seen. They go above and beyond.
  I had a hard time with another company in town getting a tonneau cover instulled for my Honda ridgeline. Shawn had one in the next day and crystal was calling to tell me and setting up my appointment.
  Shawn listen to my story price match the other company that was not so nice to me and installed the tonneau cover himself. Can you believe that. This is unheard of now days. All companies want is your money. These two care about the person. I hope this company know how lucky they are to have 2 great employees.
  I will be telling everyone and anybody who will listen to me about them.

  Price and knowledge were good. After installation, there was chip in my brake light and my back left blinker bulb does not work now. Which they brought to my attention (which I liked). They offered to install the bulb it if I brought them the bulb, but they should be replacing both the bulb and brake light itself with out me going out of my way. My vehicle is less than a year old and it was working when I brought it in.
  
  Area Manager got back to me and they are going to fix both the bulb and the brake light. Quite impressed that they followed up immediately.
