Food is good but sometimes they're overwhelmed with orders and they messing up. But I just bring it back up and they fix it up right. Apologizing like crazy the whole time. Very understandable. Always polite to me. I've been there when some not so polite customers where having an issue 🙄 😒. Have some understanding people. I get it your hungry, so is everyone else and you going all crazy over something stupid isn't going to make it go faster lol. Other than that it's fast in the drive thru too. And the in side is nicely done.

The fries were salty but good.
The Whopper patty and overall flavour seems to have changed and not for the better in my opinion. The onion was very strong and I burped it up all night long. It just wasn't as juicy as I remembered it. Also it seems that unless you eat there your Whopper is almost cold when you get it home and we are literally 5 minutes around the corner from them.

Geat location in Kingston's west end. Lots of windows and a good amount of seating. Tons of parking and a comfortably sized drive through.

The food was fresh and the order was correct. Despite being busy and lots of employee training happening, the wait was reasonable.

Already available to order on the app which is a plus.

Staff was also friendly and helpful. Opening a new location doesn't come without hiccups, but during the crazy busy time we were there it looked like they were all working hard and not showing too much stress.
