I am not the type to write reviews, however, we were so impressed with Sue and her team, I feel I need to share our experience. After returning home from surgery, we were unable to get help in the home though the LHIN, I was recovering from a hip replacement and my wife has severe arthritis and spinal degeneration, making it very difficult for her to assist me with getting around the house and bathing. We called Right At Home Kingston. Although we live near Campbellford, Sue came to our home that day, reviewed the entire process with us and had her PSW in our home later that same day - I was finally able to shower!!! The PSW, Anne, was very good. She was always on time when expected, she was professional and caring. Anytime we had questions, Sue was available for us. Sue is a rare person, she genuinely cares for her patients. We would never hesitate to highly recommend Right At Home Kingston to anyone who needs home care. Ask for Sue!!!

I cannot thank you enough for helping me care for my adult son when I was in desperate need. The care planner was in my home as quick as she could to start an assessment and then got care started the next day. Right at Home Kingston was a god send! Thank you!
