We had Chris come to give us a quote and then booked an appointment for when we were away to clean our kitchen and living room chairs and loveseat. When we got home and they had dried, there was still some marks on the kitchen chairs. Chris came back and cleaned them again for us and they came up beautifully this time. We really appreciated him taking the time and making the effort to make us "satisfied customers!"
