East Side Mario's

Our large family recently had dinner at this location and had a fantastic experience with our server Kasey. While restaurant was very busy, Kasey was extremely efficient and explained all the steps to ordering for a large party so the whole process went quickly and smoothly. The food and drinks came out promptly and everything was delicious. While it was busy, we did not feel rushed at any point, and Kasey took the time to chat with our party and make us feel welcome. Another staff member also came over to congratulate one of our family members on a milestone that we were celebrating. Great experience overall.

Food and service were great, however small plates were dirty - even the second set they brought out. (Greasy, they need a good scrub or their dishwasher isn't working well) bit of a long wait, considering what we ordered... And my husband's salad came out with his meal instead of before. In fact it was forgotten and we had to ask about it. Usually have a good experience here but today they were just a bit off.

Much better than my last few visits! My last few visits to this location have been subpar. But this time it turned around heavily. Server was great! Wish I had gotten her name. Great service. Brought refills. Didn't even have to ask. Calamari was perfectly cooked and not chewy! Impressed!
