I've been using Eikon for over 10 years now, always had a good experience with these folks, I've dealt with Stef many times, great selection of products, always keeping up with innovation to the industry. 10/10 recommended for any professional artists!

We placed our first Eikon order and already had an issue with it when it arrived. Called customer service and instantly, Stephanie was listening to our concerns, apologized, recognized that this was our first order and sympathized with us. She immediately brought this to her attention to fix the issue. We were definitely expecting things to take a few days since it's the end of the week, covid, and all other factors but within a few hours, Stephanie gave us an update and resolved our issue.

Love the quality of the supplies and Ive been ordering from Eikon for years. The web sight is very easy to navigate and orders are always sent promptly and on time. Had some trouble with customer service at one point. I was later notified that the customer service rep was on vacation. the problem was rectified and my faith in this company was rekindled. I appreciate all the hard work their team dedicates to their clientele and in turn their business. I will continue to support this business because I believe in quality product.
