I love getting the 'heads up' emails so that I know when packages are arriving so that I can contact a neighbor if needed or arrange my day differently to get to my parcel. Also, when I leave instructions on my door, they are always followed. Fast, friendly service- the best!

I don't get out very often so I do a fair amount of shopping on Amazon. I have never had a bad experience.... everything arrives when it's supposed to... Intelcom drivers are very courteous . They knock at the door,put the parcel on the step & wait to make sure someone is at home....when I open the door I say hello & thank you & they tell me to have a great day & off they go for another delivery so thank you & keep up the great work.
