By far the best customer service at any store selling anything in this city. I've been here several times before and since the pandemic broke over here and I am beyond impressed with the lengths these women go to in making sure customers stay safe and healthy. Everyone who works here is incredible, know they're talking about, and will seriously help you improve your relationship with sex. 11/10 can save your marriage.

My most recent visit to the store has deemed it necessary to post an updated review. Sadly recent Sinsation experience was most disappointing. The once to die for discounted selection has degenerated to a table of defected items that are barely marked down and don't work which is totally infuriating to me. Next I would like to comment on the customer service by saying it was insulting and intrusive. I don't recommend this store to anyone. The prices are outrageous and the customer service sucks. Go online prices are way better and there's no one to make insulting remarks to you.. bottom line stay away from SINSATIONS

Really friendly and helpful clerks. Once the lube I wanted to buy was discontinued so the clerk helped me understand what I liked about the old one and helped pick out a new one.

I popped into the store with my partner this afternoon and we were both pleasantly surprised!! They’ve clearly done some recent renovations and the place is bright, very clean and looks great.

There’s lots of product to select from. Their pricing seems cheaper than the other store in town, and the vibe given off from the new staff, (or at least we've never seen before) was very welcoming!

Hats off to Sinsations. We’ll be back
