KCCU

I have just recently switched over to KCCU. Ever since I became a member, the staff at KCCU have been amazing and always available to answer any questions I may have. I'm relieved I made the switch. It was definitely worth it.

I love having a bank that I can call and someone I know (and they know me) answers the phone. Service is always extremely friendly. Have been with the KCCU for many years and I won’t change that for anything!

I cannot recommend the KCCU enough. They have always been helpful but in my recent major purchase they were lifesavers. The purchase was taking place outside of Kingston and they were able to provide the cheque I needed that another financial institution I deal with would not do. When I was out of town making the purchase Sherry from the KCCU branch emailed a direct deposit form to me as I forgot to bring a cheque.
The service from KCCU is exceptional and I have never regretted making them my primary financial institution.

I have never experienced banking this good. The moment I entered the Gardiners branch Evelyne has been efficient, reliable and personable.
