Giving you guys five stars because for the most part, I believe you guys are doing the best you can for our community given the situation.

Although, I'm incredibly disappointed with the lack of responses (through any medium) regarding COVID-19 guidelines set out by you - KFL&A. I have tried calling three separate times today. The "forwarding" number you have set to answer such questions like the one I had.. rings & rings...& rings. I have been listening to the ring tone for 2hours, 36mins, not even waiting music, ha! Honestly though, I think more people would be apt to hearing and understanding guidelines if there was more education / responses behind them... like answering the phone...and responding. Just a thought KFL&A!

Booster drive through. Very efficient and friendly.

The staff were phenomenal. Vaccine took a while because they accepted walk-ins. No biggie. 4 stars because a dude was right behind me for the half hour I waited and there was not enough room to get away from him, too small of a waiting area in and outside. The staff did everything in their power to separate us without putting on a show.
