Have been coming here for three years and always have polite service. Do not have to wait long for appointments and easy to get on the phone if need to make changes. Direct bill insurance is super convenient
My son was 8 when he first became a patient of Dr. Scott Brown. 22 years later, I can say that neither my son nor I have ever been dissatisfied with any service from this practise. Staff are caring and gentle while providing the utmost in professional dentistry.
Never have a bad visit. Everyone so helpful and care about the patients. They make my visits stress less as I had a fear of dentists but Dr. Brown and his staff have made me enjoy coming to get my teeth cleaned.

Great clinic! I was referred here when my old dentist retired several years ago. He comes to Meadowbrook for his own dental care, I think that says a lot about how good it is. Ingrid is an excellent hygienist. She is meticulous, knowledgeable and caring. I can ask her all sorts of questions and always feel well informed about my oral health after an appointment with her. Dr. Wu and Dr. Peterson are super helpful. They are thorough, thoughtful and very approachable. All options were laid out to me with detailed explanation. They provided their honest professional opinions based on my own conditions. Though I don't have the best teeth in the world, I do feel lucky that this team is taking care of them.
The admin staff were helpful, friendly and thorough. The dentist (Dr. Ponsford) and hygienist (Montana) both had a light touch, and were methodical and informative about their observations throughout the intake examination. All processes seemed well-honed and well-paced, and advice about elective procedures seemed well-grounded in practicality and viability rather than potential profit for the clinic. At least three among the staff made separate, unsolicited yet genuine remarks praising the quality of the team at the clinic. I feel like I’m in good hands. 👍🏼
