(October 21, 2021, 6:15 pm)Water damage in basement due to water heater leak. Required cleanup and removal of flooring in finished area. New flooring was installed. Everyone we dealt with was professional, responsive and customer-focused to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction.
(September 20, 2021, 8:26 pm)The employees are excellent and very professional but the time management needs work. It takes way to long to get projects done. Several months for a 2-3 week project. If I had to start over I'd hire a smaller local restoration company.
