(February 6, 2019, 3:22 pm)Fantastic service! Technician (Dan) was very thorough and explained things as he went, pointing out room for improvement in existing systems etc. Very good experience. Seems to have successfully diagnosed & fixed a long-time fireplace issue.

(December 16, 2018, 1:05 pm)Alex and Eric were both fabulous when they were at our house. They did not mind all my dogs following them around checking out what they were doing ...They also provided education and feedback that was greatly appreciated. I would happily have them in my house again.
(December 5, 2018, 2:18 pm)What's nice about an install of a fireplace is when someone takes the time to really explain everything you might need to know: shut offs, backups for power outages, etc... This is our first experience with a gas fireplace and Scott was tremendous at making sure he didn't leave until we knew how it all worked. They cleaned up and left the house in great shape. Thanks guys!
(September 12, 2018, 2:31 am)Once again, the service was flawless. We were contacted in plenty of time to remind me and book a date for our annual fireplace service. Dan arrived on time and did an extremely thorough job of cleaning the fireplace, checking the functionality and even touching up the paint and cleaning the glass. He also thoughtfully provided a thick drop sheet to protect the floor around the fireplace.
Everything was explained along the way, in a humorous, entertaining, and therefore easy-to-remember, way. He also gave us some good maintenance and cleaning tips.
An excellent service all-round!
