Honest and professional!

I took a screen in to be repaired, it was bent and the plastic corners were old, brittle and broken. I paid for the item when I dropped it off which was $50.85 inc tax. Within a day I received a call that It was ready to be picked up - talk about fast!

When I picked it up I was pleasantly surprised when Sandra said she owed me money back because they didn’t have to replace the whole frame, the refund was $27.69.

I cannot thank them enough for the new window, new glass in others, new screens for a couple. They didn't push me to replace windows that didn't need replacing. The showed me alternatives and I was able to make informed decisions. I will be using them again and highly recommend them. The before photo has the grids and after is the lovely new glass.

Very happy with the work and professionalism of Ooman’s. I had an issue with the first glass table top that was custom cut for me but Ooman’s quickly resolve the issue, even offering to pick up the glass and deliver it to my house for free.
