  I went as a stove from Montreal to Toronto, with a friend who had scored a 2 can dine for $15.99 coupon. At that price it's an unbeatable deal considering it's cheaper than fast food prices. Clean place, good service

  Ate here a few months ago and wished I hadn’t. I have never had a bad experience at Swiss chalet but this was an exception. The food was just intensely dry and super lacklustre. Staff were okay, but decor was pleasant.

  My server was Devin, what a superb customer service. He checked on us very often to see if we were please with our order. Again to see if we needed any more drinks and lastly to see if we wanted any dessert. I asked if I can get Scene points from another location (we spent $85 and it would be a waste not to get those points) he went and got a phone number for me so I can get my points.
  This location is clean, fast service and very generous with their portion.

  Food has wonderful aroma and good taste too.
  But staff here is not friendly.
  I went to eat there, and found that girl serving just put starter and meal on table at same time.
  It was appearing that she was throwing things at single time.
  I even asked for menu to order desert, she was so absent minded that she come after minutes and asked for desert order without handling any menu.
  In end, I need to give order from mobile.
  Overall, food and service is good specially chicken spring roll, but I will rate 1/5 for customer service.
