Polite, friendly, professional with amazing customer service. The electrician misjudged the position of the joists in my old house and a cut was visible after my bathroom fan was installed.

I contacted Oosterhof through their online form after hours on Friday, received a request for pictures Monday, someone inspected it on Tuesday and it was patched by Thursday. Friday, I received a follow up phone call to make sure everything was ok.
