I went there to purchase stain for my deck. I actually did not buy based on the education I received from the gentleman. He advised me that because it had rained I had to let my deck dry for 3 days, he advised that it was getting late in the year to do that. I received education on the difference between semi transparent stain and solid. I was so grateful that this gentleman took the time to advise and cared that I wasn't wasting money. I wanted to take moment and thank Mark and his staff for the amazing experience again (this is our 4th house we built and used them each and every time). They certainly make the process very easy, both with their quality products and friendly personal service.

Mark was able to recommend a newer product that reduced the cost significantly, run a tab to make pick up quick and easy, help deliver the heavy loads to my vehicle, and seem to always have time to quickly answer my questions.

One of the best services is that they keep a binder of the previous colours I have selected, making it simple and time saving when I want to order more or pick from some of my old favourites.
