Kara Messenger PT has set me up with different treatments for my wrist, hip and pelvic floor. Each treatment has been very successful. I highly recommend Progress physiotherapy. The exercise programs that have been prescribed are clearly laid out and easy to follow.

Julietta is a true professional, both in her exceptional skill and talent, as well as her compassion. I had a long-standing knee problem that she fixed in a few sessions. I was amazed at her technique and willingness to teach me what I didn't know. Highly recommend!
