I had a fantastic experience with BSK. This year I sold my first house so I had no idea how the process really worked. The plan to sell the house was pretty last minute but they worked extremely fast and had the house listed in a few short days which was a blessing considering how quickly the market could change! Once listed Kate notified me quickly if there were any showings or anything else that I needed to be aware of. After I had accepted an offer she was always available if I had a question and was very quick to respond. I had moved out of the house prior to the closing date and Kate went above and beyond checking in on the house when the buyer's had concerns to make the process go as smoothly as possible. BSK was extremely generous with their resources and were extremely helpful in what could've been an extremely stressful process and I couldn't recommend them enough if you need real estate help!
