Caper's Custom Catering & Event Rentals

Caper's provided an incredible meal service at our wedding at Spindle Tree Manor. The venue was outdoors with limited kitchen access and they did an amazing job. We received many compliments on the food and we enjoyed it very much! It was great to work with Kevin and Dale. We could tell how much they cared and how passionate they are about their work.

We used Caper’s Catering for our wedding and we continue to get texts and messages from our guests raving about the food! My husband is a huge foodie and so our meal was so important to him and he was blown out of the water. We did a pig roast with the country-style buffet (fried chicken, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, etc). The food was absolutely incredible!! They put so much time and effort into their food, and you can truly taste it! Expect fantastic flavours and a wide range of culinary skill.

Logistically, Kevin and Dale are fantastic to work with when organizing an event. They are patient and kind, they are incredibly knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond to help you achieve exactly what you want for your event. They give great input and ideas, and you really feel like a team with them. If you are lucky enough to have an opportunity to book with them, DO IT! I look back on my wedding with a huge smile and feel so proud of the compliments all my guests gave me on the food, all thanks to Capers !!!!

I dont know where to start with how great everything was , We recently had Capers cater our wedding and it was amazing. Dale and Kevin were fantastic to work with from the start, Our wedding was originally scheduled for 2020 , even with all the changes to dates and plans Capers was so accommodating and worked with us every step of the way. Trying to sum up everything in one review is impossible, I highly reccomend Capers for any event or wedding . We had the Southern chicken and ribs , with pasta , mashed potatoes and salad , so much more for the dinner . Everyone complimented the food and then the cheesecake came out where they had toppings for you to flavour your own which was amazing, then our late night was street meat style burgers , hotdogs, and sausages and chips my favorite and many others said the same. If you are debating on who to pick to cater your event, pick Capers . We overlooked having a team to clean up the dishs at the wedding and they jumped right in without skipping a beat and cleared tables and took dishs, this is all ontop of supplying to go containers for the amazing leftovers. Thanks again Capers , we hope to have you for another event in the near future .

If you are considering using Caper's, do it. We had rave reviews on our food at our wedding. They were accommodating and easy to work with - and even though there were some COVID related obstacles, they made it work and were friendly and professional in the process. I've already had several people ask who did the food at our wedding because it was so well done.

Dale and Kevin of Caper’s Catering catered celebration of life for our mother. Working with Dale and Kevin to figure out what we needed was easy and very professional. The food when it arrived was well presented, lots of it and tasted as good as it looked. Everyone raved about the different sandwiches, desserts and fresh fruit , veggie and cheese trays. We will definitely will use Caper’s again.
