Simply Sharp

Had my machete and my Gerber pocket knife sharpened. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the job.. I would highly recommend her services.

I am so happy I found Sandra. I'm dealing with 2 very senior pups who're not doing the greatest these days. I called her in tears because my groomer cancelled twice on us which left us booking 2 months out anywhere else.

Buster in particular cannot handle long hair in the heat anymore at all. He overheats so easily now. Their decline has started to happen so fast and I'm beside myself trying to do right by them. I decided to dust off my old clippers and do it myself but my blades kept pulling and catching on their coats which was adding so much stress to an already stressful situation for them.

While on the phone with Sandra she reassured me and was so kind and compassionate. I was embarrassed for crying but she didn't make me feel judged. She told me to drop my clippers and blades off and she'll make sure that I go home with a safe set, sharpened and ready to provide an easy grooming experience for me and my pups and that's exactly what she did. When I went in to pick them up she had paperwork that she typed up herself, explaining everything I needed to know to keep my clippers prestine. She explained to me why I was having so much trouble with mine etc.. I left with cleaner, a new blade better suited for our needs, a couple of matching bowties for my babies and a confident smile that I will be able to give them a stress free groom and get them comfortable for the summer.

Sandra gave me way more than a clipper service and for that I am so so grateful ♥
