I've had nothing but great experiences here! I have been doing some one on one stuff with ? Ashley ? and have also attended the yoga pl3y series with my son and a few of his friends! Highly recommended!

Beautiful space, wonderful instructors

I was visiting Kingston (my home town) this weekend and had the chance to attend the Pathways to Presence class with Caitlyn Chisamore billed as a "Gentle" yoga session. Caitlyn led the class professionally and showed care to each of their participants and their level of expertise and comfort going through the movements offering blankets, yoga pillows, straps and blocks for support and advanced movements. After the class I felt calmer, stronger and full of energy. As with all yoga, the movements ranged from easy to hard and I was able to adapt and push myself based on the movement and my own level. A great class for beginners up.
The studio has great energy. It is soothing with multiple practice areas at different heights to choose from, plants, music and crystals/jems. There is also a shower and washroom onsite so I was able to change from my day clothes into yoga attire. They have mats, water, blocks and other items so if you don't have those no worries. Thanks Soul Academy Wellness and Caitlyn for a great experience. I look forward to seeing you again on my return to Kingston.
