After COVID, our first family getaway was at the Kingston and Burning Grill totally made our family getaway just perfect! Porkbelly and beef intestine was so fresh and juicy. It was way better than what we usually had in Toronto. Their buckwheat cold noodle was refreshing, sweet and salty. We will surely visit this place again on our next visit!
Had the fried chicken, pork bone soup, and hot plate bulgogi. Was delicious, large portions too.
My first time trying Korean cuisine . Had the bbq chicken and the kimchi fried rice. Both really good ! I highly recommend!
Definitely my new Korean favourite restaurant. The place was relatively empty and very quite. I ordered beef dumplings, spicy squid rice and shrimp fried rice.
The dumplings were so juicy and flavourful. I wish I ordered more. They didn't have pork ones but I'll come back for them.
The server was very sweet and polite and she had informed us that shrimp fried rice is not spicy, so that was exactly how my friend liked it. However, I love spicy food and my squid rice was exactly that! It had stir fried veggies as well in it and I really enjoyed it.
We finished off the meal with ginger lemon tea and coffee from the new Moon Cafe on the premises. Was a great end.
I hope they get to expand and more people drop by negate the place has real potential!!
Good food, solid menu. The Korean fried chicken was excellent. Services was friendly but overall felt like they were still getting into the swing of things. Worth a visit if you are looking for Korean flavours in Kingston.
