Amazing work done on my bike, will definitely go back!!
Brought my old Giant bike there (a heavy hybrid), and while dropping it off ended up with a new bike as well (lighter road bike)! Robert was friendly and patient and easy to deal with. There was no sense of a high-pressure sale at all. Super happy with my new bike, and I look forward to picking up my old bike fixed up!
Very knowledgable, honest and up front. No hidden agendas.. while another bike shops wanted nothing to do with my sons flat tire, except sell me another bike. Fletchers simply asked, u want a tube in it? It was done in 10 minutes.. if I'm ever gonna spend the money and buy a new bike, it will be from fletchers!!
