“Huge respects for all the staff in Stave Off. I've been going there for over a year now and I feel confident about lifting weights every time I go. It's always a fun class and the people are so great to sweat with. The trainers always greet us with a smile and are always helpful in answering questions about fitness and nutrition. My first day there was actually the first time I ever used bars with weights and doing basic exercises (squats, deadlifts, bench press etc). They helped me overcome my fear of strength training after years of cardio and being told that weights aren't good for women. I always aim to go 3-4 times a week on top of the physical training I do at work.
