Don's knowledge is spectacular! I had contacted him to preposition my dish, he was prompt (same day) and went above and beyond by adding material to secure my dish at no additional cost and explaining the process as well as adding tips. He also took additional time to ensure everything in my home was at 110% I will always use him moving forward for my dish repairs. Very professional and cognizant.

I called Don to move my rooftop dish as a large tree was blocking the signal. He answered the phone right away and within an hour had made the trip to eastern Kingston to see the problem. His estimate was right in line with other installations I have had done and he quickly got to work moving my dish and changing my cable. He claims thirty years experience in this business, and I believe him. I too have installed dishes in the past and I found him knowledgeable and no BS. He brought all he needed, was friendly and professional and solved my problem within hours of my call. I am new to town, so found him on the internet. I was a customer of Don years ago, when I first moved to Kingston. At that time I had the big-old 10 ft dish in my back yard, which I was setting up after a move from North Bay. Back then I found Don to be very helpful. He answered all of my questions, and came out to do the final setup. More recently I wanted Shaw Direct installed, on a new rural build just north of Odessa. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Don is a Shaw Direct approved installer. Again, Don proved his worth, helping out at the planning stage, through installation of the dish and final setup of the system. He's always very personable and willing to help.
