Had my rear wheel bearings and a ball joint replaced, rust proofing a number of times, and a tire repair and a couple other small things. Good service and a fair price.

I lucked out! Seeing (and hearing) my driver-side window dropping into the door as the weather person on the radio was warning of heavy snowfall that was about to start in a few hours is not a good combination. But I was referred to Vic’s Automotive (about 4pm) and they performed an emergency fix to keep the storm at bay, ordered the parts needed for a proper repair, and booked me in for a couple of days later. When I returned they were ready for me, and I was in and out in record time. Best of all - they were great people! Thanks Vic’s for an exceptional experience.

This business is outstanding! In the past I had a Motorhome Safety completed at Vic’s and needed another to sell. I called and spoke with Jeremy who indicated that given the winter weather he could not do it due to the size of the Motorhome.

Jeremy made some calls on my behalf and found me another very reliable business to conduct the safety.

My goodness.. you guys completely out did yourselfs when we dropped out Rogue off to have a new transmission put in.
First off, my husband and I appreciated the call to ensure it was infact the transmission since no lights were on and it seemed to be driving fine. After confirming that we had it diagnosed, Jeremy went through what was going to be done. When I came to pick it up this evening the guys at the counter were friendly and told me how they checked everything else out to make sure I would be safe driving it again.
I also noticed you washed the exterior which was super appreciated and very thoughtful, and when we opened the door, to our surprise you cleaned the interior which was a brutal furry mess after taking our huskey cross on the 4 day drive here from Alberta.
We are very thankful to you and you have definitely made yourselfs some new life long customers.
We will absolutely recommend your shop to everyone we know here in Kingston.
