I was a patient of Dr. N. Christoveanu for 41 years........I truly miss him and know that I'll never be able to find another as caring as he was. He deserved his retirement as we all do.

The Doctors I have encountered are great, the receptionists are fairly rude. Most times that I've called, whoever I've spoken to sounds upset, has cut me off or made me feel badly for seeking the answers I'm looking for. Booking an appointment in person is often a similar experience. Some better customer service is much needed here.

Great drs. Whoever answers the phones need a course on customer service. Rude and ignorant.

Ive been going here since i was a baby and i will say tgey are very friendly, sometimes slow at reception but not a lot. Some doctors rush you through your appointment like they have something better to do and others take there time and listen to what is going on.
It really all depends on the day for the experience you will have.

Friendly, respectful staff, generally prompt appointment times, but some delay on occasion. Scent-free and service animal restrictions due to allergies; must call ahead for accommodation. Wheelchair accessible.
