“I was looking for a part for my 9 year old Moen tap, they last forever. The sales consultant Shelli replied which in it's self is huge these days due to all the craziness. She told me to contact Moen and they would probably warranty the part and send me it but they were out of stock. I emailed bathworks.ca in Kingston, ON to purchase 2 and she went through the trouble of contacting her representative at Moen and they are now sending me the part. She had stock but sent me to Moen....Incredible service!!!!”
