    We ordered cheese for delivery and it arrived today. The staff at Back Forty were SO AWESOME to deal with regarding the order - so accommodating and so very nice. I coordinated a little group order and they even offered to individually pack the orders, AND they cut the cheese slightly larger to help us get more cheese instead of paying a delivery fee (we didn't want to order more cheese for free delivery). SO NICE! We will order from them again. Oh...not to mention, the cheese is DELICIOUS!

    Such good cheese! Beautiful spot to eat outside. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

    I highly encourage them to get their liquor license, it would be the ultimate wine and cheese spot.

    We love Back Forty!, Delicious cheeses and a truly picturesque location. The business owners (Jenna and Jeff) are lovely, so friendly and informative. One of our fav. places to visit in the Valley.

    My husband and I have been MANY times to the back forty cheese facilities, we always have an amazing time! It’s such a great experience with a group, your partner or just to stop by and get some fantastic cheese. The farm is on a little private lake and the view is amazing, there is a massive garden on the property which is so whimsical - it full of vegetables, fruit and BEAUTIFUL flowers! The lovely young couple who own the shop are so caring and personable, they make you feel right at home. You can see the owner making the cheese and he will explain the whole process and makes learning about cheese not only interesting but you can try it all! This is a MUST see if you are in Ottawa or just passing though. We will be going back again this summer. We can’t wait!!!
