“Wow - talk about next level customer service! Last weekend I happened to get a flat while riding the K + P and was woefully unprepared. Thankfully I happened to be right next to Harrowsmith - but just after the bike shop closed. The owner saw us looking at the store hours from across the street, came over and offered us a ride with my flat bike back to where we had parked the car. The store itself is a sweet little shop in what looks like a cabin. From what we saw, there's lots of great refurbished bikes inside at reasonable prices. We'll definitely be heading back for a more thorough look.”

“Great customer service and excellent selection! After a not so great experience at a local store, I made a 4hr round trip to get what I wanted. The staff were amazing! They store has so many selections available that I had to force myself to leave to protect my bank balance! The main thing for me was the way I was treated as soon as I walked in the door. When you make a 4hr round trip and don't regret a single kilometer you know the service is great! Thank you SFRC and the salesman who looked after me (didn't get his name). Will definitely be back!”
