Drain Time Plumbing

We saw Scott's add on What's Happening Frontenac and we loved that he was local. We were having a problem with our basement pump out so I called hoping that he could fit us in within a week or two. He was there by the end of the next day!!! He and his partner both answered their phones after hours, going beyond the norm. Will we use Drain Time again??? 100% yes!!. Love their customer service, This is so important to small businesses. So Thank you for helping us :)

Highly recommend anyone doing projects at home call Scott of Drain Time Plumbing. After our shutoff valve to the upstairs bathroom sprang a leak, Scott was quick to arrive and repair the issue. He also helped address other areas of concern (i.e., leaky faucet in the basement) and offered a very competitive rate for his work. He was knowledgeable and walked me through changes step by step. We asked him back to do other jobs already, and are happy with the work.

During Covid I am renovating my basement.
While doing the washroom ran into an issue and spent 1/2 a day trying to figure it out.
I wont get into the issue because its irrelevant to the post.
I sent an email to Scott on a Saturday evening.
He replied later that night.
In an email he suggested a solution to try and followed that up with "if that doesn't help you I will gladly come by and have a look"
Seriously, on a Saturday night he takes the time to send an email to offer a solution.
If that's not the guy you want to trust to help you out I don't know who is.
100% would recommend Scott.
