James is the best! He fixed our AC in the summer, and just recently our furnace. He's prompt, polite, professional, quick, informative and who we will be using for anything else going forward. I 100% would recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely best service ever for a HVAC company! An example of using a small business versus a large corporation. Called at 8:00 am when we lost our heat, James was at our home with 1 hour 15 minutes and it was fixed in 15 minutes. Does this mean Rideau HVAC is not busy ... absolutely not, once you use the business you will find the reason for the quick response time is James is ultra organized, really knows HVAC and doesn't waste time to crank up the invoice.

Last summer my AC unit froze up and with one call James came and diagnosed the issue in the same day, he was able to get me up and running with a brand new unit in a short period of time. Called Rideau HVAC for my broken heat pump.
Technician(James) came and replaced it at half the cost Haven Home quoted. Couldn't be any happier. Very clean, fast, and professional work.
The technician was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything in a manor that was easy for me to understand.
Will definitely be using Rideau for any further HVAC problems!
