The interactions there have always been more then friendly. No matter how busy, they seem calm and composed. Also the food has never been made sloppily and of course the foods really good. The employees who work their are good people.

Our 7-year old grandson wanted to come here for supper & have his favourite - onion rings! We ordered Teen Burgers & 1 Chubby Chicken burger, fries & onion rings. True, the onion rings are excellent as were the burgers & fries, all served hot & very tasty. The root beer taste just as good now as when I was younger, many years ago & still served cold in a big glass A & W mug. The restaurant is clean & well-maintained, and tables are cleared quickly by friendly wait staff.

Super fresh and delicious food. Even though we have another A&W closer to our home we always choose to go to this one. The location is perfect in the New Sudbury shopping area. The store is clean and the food is always fresh. We go there at different times of the day and the food is great all the time. We might need to wait a bit for it to be ready but that’s because they make it to order. They have accessible entrance and accessible washroom as well as handicapped parking space. They also have a couple of tables outside that we use during summer. There is a huge parking lot and at the end of the plaza there is an LCBO. It is across from Silver city (cineplex). Also in the same plaza there is Marshall’s, Best Buy and Toys r us. It is a lively restaurant. I highly recommend it.

Great burgers, French fries and Root Beer. love sitting in the retro inspired decor and reading the newspaper.
