  I love Boston Pizza but they actually didn't have the pizza I want which was on the menu. They were accommodating in offering a free pizza to make up for it though!

  Boston Pizza is one of my favorite places, but I noticed that the management is not good at most of the locations. The restaurant is not well-kept. The washrooms are not good at all. You can compare it with other similar restaurants. The service is good most of the times, but training of waiters and waitresses are not done correctly.

  The food was great and our first waitress was awesome.
  
  We told her we were there for supper and drinks so we could watch the World Juniors. We enjoyed our meal and were about to order drinks when the channel on the TVs we were watching were changed. We told the second waitress that we picked that spot to watch the game and would like it back on. She told us someone else wanted to watch the wrestling. The game was on two other TVs but there were no other tables to sit at. She just gave us that “oh well” answer. I was not impressed. We ended up leaving and going back to the hotel.
