When the original vehicle I purchased from them wasn't working for my family, they did everything they could to rectify and ensure I was not only happy, but safe. They were easy to talk to and completely understanding. They bought back the original vehicle and worked with me to find the right vehicle--ensuring I got a GREAT deal. When Palladino left me stranded in Sudbury without a vehicle because my CR-V failed a safety recall test, I shopped around. Lee Valley Motors was recommended by a co-worker, and they had a few vehicles that piqued my interest. As my wife was back home, several hours away, I had to keep calling her to discuss my options and figure something out quickly, as I was due to return home the next day.
We finally settled on a car late in the day, and with less than an hour to spare, the fine folks sprang into action and got my plates and ownership transferred, and I was ready to go. Literally.
I won't post specific details, but I will just say that their after-purchase support was also nothing short of amazing. It literally brought me to tears. You don't hear of people like this very often these days, where the customer truly comes first.
I hope this vehicle lasts me a long time, but the next time I want to buy another, I'll be heading right back to Sudbury, to see Gilles and Mary-Ann at Lee Valley Motors!
