Wonderful sales team, great selection, and very nice building. They made the process of car shopping so much easier. The sales team at Mercedes Benz of Sudbury is fantastic. I was dealing with Jordan Jokinen and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He made the experience so much more positive. The whole team at Mercedes helped me arrange everything. The went the extra mile to get everything to and from the insurance and get the vehicle ready for pick up in one day. Shortly before Christmas, my mother had taken my son here because he wanted to see the vehicles. They had the best experience ever. Jordan was the one that they had the pleasure of meeting. My mother had told him that she wasn’t there to purchase a vehicle but that my son wanted to look at their vehicles. Right from the beginning, Jordan was incredible with them. He took the time to show them all the different vehicles, allowed my son to sit in them and check them out. He also gave him some colouring pages and a couple of other little things. He took pictures of my son sitting in them and he took pictures of my mother and son together in front of the vehicles. He then took the time to text her the photos. He went above and beyond to give them both a fantastic experience. Jordan is truly a fantastic employee. I highly recommend that you deal with him. You made my son so incredibly happy by doing everything that you did and my mother said that you one of the best cars salesmen that she’s had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you for taking the time to make their visit so special Jordan!!!
I have had many cars, and this was by far the best experience in my life. Jordan and team took great care preparing the vehicle and was always available to answer any questions. Overall 100% satisfied and would highly recommend this dealership.
