  Jordan was great! Figured out the problem, and did everything necessary to fix it the first time he came out. He called ahead and arrived promptly. He was professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

  The technician called prior to arriving. He listened to my concerns over the phone as I was having someone meet him at my house. He was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He ended up replacing the hot water tank after his very quick assessment and was done in less than an hour.

  James and Travis were very polite. Actually they were the first Reliance technicians to introduce themselves and shake my hand upon arriving and again when they left. They explained what they did in language i could understand and encouraged me to contact them if there were any further problems. They were by far the best overall Reliance technicians I've met.

  Being without hot water twice over the past couple of weeks has been trying I'm so grateful to Brian for going above and beyond to get my rental tank working. I didn't know it until the end of the service but he had finished his work day halfway through the service. It's good to know that people with that kind of work ethic still exist. That level of dedication to his customers is commendable
  
  Special thanks goes out to Nick who brought Brian the part he needed to finish the job. They were very professional and respectful of my home
  
  I shudder to think what a service call of that length would have cost me if I didn't have a rental and a maintenance plan to go along with it Money well spent :)

  The serviceman arrived promptly at agreed upon time. Was knowledgeable and shared info readily. I was adamant that the tank be replaced and he was able to address my request. I was made to feel like a valued customer and was quite pleased with the service offered. Thank you!
