“Used to love this place, but it has gone downhill in terms of customer service. Since the renovations and the new layout, try finding someone to ask where an item is located. Also, the new self serve checkouts are horrible. Get rid of them and add more cashiers. Speaking of cashiers, an honourable mention goes out to Kerri. She is always so polite and friendly and well kept. Always a smile on her face and interacts well with customers. Very witty sense of humour. I have seen her get disrespected by rude customers and she handles herself well.”

“Was in town today with family to visit family and came here to meet my aunt and cousin. I was a little skeptic at first but that went away very fast. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the staff are super and the food was amazing! It was nice to know they accommodated people who eat gluten free and I was able to enjoy a delicious crepe with a heavenly brownie for dessert. Will definitely have to pop in again next time I’m up.”

“It might be a great bakery, but a company that doesn't carry credit card option in 2018 is loosing lots of business. Only cash or debit is accepted. I don't carry any of those in my pocket, only credit card. As a business owner myself I understand there is surcharges on CC purchases but a business should be able to absorb that and offer the convenience to their clients, especially when they are right downtown. Just my thought.”
