“These guys had installed a vinyl deck at my cottage by the previous owner. I bought it 2 years later and noticed the decking under the vinyl soft and spongy. Upon further investigation they had to re-seal seams that had not been done properly. Of course they offer no warranty for their workmanship and were quite rude and dismissive when trying to get them to re-patch the area (even though at my cost). I'm pretty sure they're the only game in town and they certainly act it. I would definitely look elsewhere if possible. As a follow-up to this post...the manager did finally get back to me after 3 or 4 months and made a site visit to evaluate the issues. He made some good suggestions on how to fix and gave me a rough estimate on cost. They completed the work this past spring and it looks very good and within their original estimate. My original post was based on communications with 1 particular individual at the company - not sure he should be part of their customer service team as he is very rude and unpleasant to deal with - regardless, the rest of the people I dealt with were professional and helpful.”

“I grew up in this church community. A great, loving one. There can be a spectrum of socially progressive to conservative values among congregants but ministers have usually been progressive. Some activities here through the week. Sunday service starts at 10am but come early and stay for fellowship, coffee, tea, treats after. Big annual events include the chicken BBQ (very yummy, though will they begin offering plant-based options for people who are now vegan like me?), a vacation bible school, craft bazaar, among others. Delicious & high-quality turkey pot pies are available to purchase. Give Trinity United Church Annan a try and feel welcome to join in and make it your own!”

We stayed for 3 nights we were a large party of people and the cottage was very comfortable for our entire family. The property manager Susan was very responsive as was the owner Thanos.
