VERY IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Where to start with how pleased I am....
I had submitted an inquiry online and it was responded to right away. We discussed what I was looking for and setup a test drive for the next morning.
When I arrived, everything was ready to go. They respected our appointment time, which is something I cannot say for other dealers I was shopping with. Maitland was very friendly and he took his time to go over the entire vehicle with me and explain every feature in depth. Beyond the test drive he even gave his personal time (Canada Day Holiday) to answer more of my questions.
We had officially decided by 11:00 am the next day, and he was able to do the financing and licensing remotely (I'm an hour away). I was able to pick up my new vehicle at 4:30 pm the same day. Incredible turn around!

Great service over the years. Last time I had my trusty old Outlander here was a timing belt replacement done last year. Jeff is awesome to deal with. the service was costly but Jeff was able to lower the price from what was quoted. He also hooked me up with a free loaner vehicle while mine was being serviced. The Outlander is still going strong and hope to keep it for years to come.
