Purchased a vehicle from them about a year plus ago.They were extremely helpful and understanding. Car still hasn't had any problems at all. Very reliable.

My mother was on the market for a vehicle. Having had some pretty horrible car buying experiences in the past, she (and I) are always a little apprehensive walking onto a lot. Especially when a sales person approaches almost immediately. Having no intention of purchasing and making it a 'research only' visit. At Drummond Auto they were up front, didn't pressure us at all, gave us useful information about every vehicle we test drove (and we drove quite a few) all while we reminded him multiple times that we had no intention of purchasing. Other sales associates at other dealerships would have pegged us as a waste of their time and walked away from us within the first 30 minutes. And what do you know, we ended up purchasing a beautiful Rogue at a great price. Having just purchased a car for myself a few months prior at another dealership, I'm kicking myself for not buying 'my' car from them. Overall it has been one of the best/easiest/no pressure car buying experiences either of us have ever had. Great job Drummond Auto!! You'll be first on our list for the next vehicle. Thanks again!

You can't really go wrong with the sales staff there. Easy going and professional. They always go above and beyond every time we do business with them. Really appreciate Jonathan locating and finding us the perfect vehicle for our budget. Much appreciated!

straight forward and to the point. i liked that at Drummond's. they have been around for over 30 years now. for a business to be around that long they have to be doing something right. this gave me the confidence to purchase a 2009 Toyota Matrix from them. i am glad i did. i have had the vehicle for three years with no problems.

got a deal on an extended warranty/car with them.......... I don't know how they keep getting away with such low prices? bought the vehicle about a month ago certified for around 4K................ very impressed with their service. nice people!
