!!!! I wish I lived closer to this place because my goodness, they make one of the best grilled cheese sandwiches I've ever had ?

(please note that I haven't dined out since this pandemic started so my review for this restaurant is from pre-pandemic days)

What made their grilled cheese so special? Well, obviously it had cheese ? in it, caramelized onions ?, hot sauce, ?, and it was supposed to have bacon in it, but I didn't feel like eating bacon that day so I asked them to omit it!

The outcome of all these amazing ingredients inside of a grilled cheese was blissful. I have no idea why I didn't think of it sooner because I know in my heart that hot sauce and cheese has always gone really well together.

Almost forgot to mention how amazing the service was because I got so lost in remembering this delicious sandwich! The service was great ? When my party and I arrived, the restaurant was JAM PACKED! This meant that we weren't able to be seated right away as we had just arrived during prime-brunch hours.

Someone that worked there took down our number and said they'd give us a call when a table opened up, which is exactly what they did ? Love when restaurants take the time out of their day to do little things like that because it shows that they care ~
