WOW is all I can say. I recently visited the store and was amazed at the Irwin's Garlic knowledge. Black Garlic a definite must try! I just added some dried garlic chips to some leftover soup and wow did it ever enhance the smells and flavors. I will be back to buy more. Worth the drive to check out the farm and get some amazing garlic products!!
