I put an order in for an appliance that was not in the store. Folks at customer service desk were friendly and helpful. Got a call only 2 days later that my order was in. Fast and efficient.
The store is full of great and necessary gear, hardware, household items, and building supplies. This time of year also some Christmas gifts and decorations.
I felt that the staff also took the social distancing and CoVid protocol seriously.

I deliver in my tractor trailer their couple days a week. The shipping and receiving guys are always nice to me and unload me quickly. Its a good place but most Home Hardwares are

They have staff that will resolve issues with their products as well as direct you to products that may suit your needs. I bought a sink from them that did not come with the needed fasteners. I ended up resolving the problem myself but they were prepared to order in the correct fasteners, as well as they opened up a box of the same sink and found they were also missing but they were just going to give me them if they were provided. The instructions on the sink showed them, so they called the supplier and probably got it sorted out by now. Anyway that wasn't their fault, and they were very polite and helpful to get my situation fixed. If you're not sure what plumbing parts you need, there's a guy there that will walk you through it.
