Nathan responded quickly, assessing the situation and clearly explaining his process for removal of the raccoons. I was impressed with his knowledge and also the care of how the raccoons would be removed. He arrived at 8 in the morning, hours after our call, had the site set up for extraction by 11 am. The careful and humane removal was finished by 10 in the evening. Nathan repaired the damage left by the raccoons and provided preventive work to ensure that we won't be bothered again.
