I love my beautiful new semi-detached home. High quality and style make me a proud home owner. Chris Barefoot was extremely helpful and I was thankful for his guidance not only at the time of purchase but right up to the present! Doesn't feel like downsizing at all! Thanks Chris.

September 2016, I moved to a wonderful community named
"Living on Fourteenth".
The units are just shy of 1200 sq ft with two bedroom, two bath, open concept kitchen and living room, plus laundry and garage.
Cupboards, counter tops and appliances are all high quality. Even though I don't own it I love my new home and it is what I call "Easy Living".
My new neighbors are now my new friends. It's great to walk outside and have someone wave or have a chit chat to see how your day is going. Everyone is so friendly.
My landlord Chris has gone over and above to ensure the transition to retirement living is as enjoyable as possible. He goes above and beyond what is expected of a landlord. I not only look at him as my "Landlord" but also my "Friend".
Needless to say living in my new home is most enjoyable and I look at
this as
"Retirement Living at it's Best"!

We purchased a new semi-detached home from Living on Fourteenth and moved in early in October 2019. The home is gorgeous with 9’ ceilings, many upgrades and extra features, and the quality of the construction is outstanding. The in-floor radiant heat and energy efficiency, along with on demand hot water and other home systems, are exactly what we wanted in a new home. It is truly beautiful both inside and out and we can’t wait to enjoy the outdoor covered patio next summer. From our initial inquiry through to closing, and continuing to date, Chris Barfoot has been wonderful by helping us to adjust to our new environment and by answering any questions or concerns we have immediately. He treats us like friends or family and truly cares about his buyers. We couldn’t be happier and look forward to enjoying many years in our new home!

Good location. High end finishes, private and comfortable. Could not be any better. Lots or room. Good storage room. So pleased to have found this.

I purchased a duplex in October of this year. My experience has been completely positive! To start, the builder, Chris Barfoot, has bent over backwards in every respect to accommodate me. Truly going above and beyond ( even according to my lawyer who was amazed at his generosity of spirit)! The house itself is extremely well-built and affords unexpected pleasures at every turn. For me, as a senior, it is wonderful; my grandchildren and children love it too.
Chris is more of a good neighbour than a seller. He has shown repeatedly through his actions not just words that he truly cares about both the workmanship of his building and the new owner’s comfort. Thank you Chris.
