I find Live Chat people are not very helpful and it is so frustrating that you can't call any of the tech companies. Their online answers assume a fairly high degree of tech knowledge. I have an above-average tech understanding (for my age!) but rarely do their FAQs help me.
I spent less than an hour with their tech person Trey (sp?) and it was worth every penny! They all are very helpful and they do their best to price compete with the big stores so I've been buying my printer ink and other tech supplies from them. They can also order in anything else you need fairly quickly.
