A friendly and helpful place. I bought a unit from them and had difficulties with it. I brought it in, they looked at it, troubleshooting and offered to help me get a replacement, from the company, since I couldn't return it to them. In the end the issue was resolved and I am so pleased. Thank you so very much. I will make the drive to do business with them!

Arthur was very helpful and friendly. He shared great information on the new Health Canada nicotine regulations. I'm enjoying the Juice Punk and Illusions juice he recommended. Diamond Vapor is a shining example of great vape culture.
