It is a pleasure ordering from Owen Sound flowers. I have never been let down! Every arrangement I have ordered (always by phone from another town) has arrived on time to my family in Owen Sound and was exactly as pictured on the web site. The 2021 Christmas arrangement my daughter and her family received was absolutely beautiful....I saw it up close and personal! The staff is always pleasant and professional. Thank you so much!

I ordered flowers by phone for a female friend who is in the hospital in Owen Sound -- they were delivered just a few hours later. Very happy with the service and the flowers -- they are feminine, but not too summery nor too fall-like. Perfect for September!

I needed some last minute flowers for a death in the family, i called at 3:03pm with a custom order (closing at 4).

Helped me pick out what I needed and were willing to stay late to make sure I can pick up today.

Outstanding service and beautiful flowers. I called them last minute during busy season and they accommodated my timeline and had the flowers ready in less than an hour! They were amazing. Highly recommended!

These beautiful flowers were a gift from my cousin to commemorate my late grandmother's birthday. We both miss her terribly, and she had the idea to celebrate her every year as opposed to being sad. My grandmother was forever getting flowers given to her, so it's a very fitting tribute. Owen Sound Flowers called to make sure there was a suitable place to leave the flowers as I was at work when they were delivered. The person I spoke with was very personable. When I opened them up and realized what they were for, I broke down. Now that my tears have dried I can enjoy them...her favourite colour was pink, and the colours that OS Flowers chose were so pretty. It almost looks like a wedding bouquet. I don't know how they fit so many flowers in one container! They are perfect. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 💗
